I could not have had a better surgical experience than I had yesterday at BMC. Every single person, including the Valets, the people that checked me in, the Pre-Op nurses, the anesthesiologists, my surgeon, Dr Henry, his resident and the rest of the surgical team, and finally my post op nurse- were ALL kind, compassionate, highly skilled and just plain nice. Never been here but their employee Abby who responds to these reviews has been harassing and bullying me and a couple friends via her “finsta” on Instagram. Not only did she attack us but she exposed our personal home addresses. This is not a place I would trust with my medical records when they have irresponsible employees running the show.
Strange place to be if you’re in so much pain that you’re trembling. Don’t go here. You’ll suffer.

My Dad, brother and I were able to have a lovely, comforting, visit with Mom today. My Dad got to hold her hand, say some prayers and tell her how much he loves her. I want to thank the staff of Boston Medical Center for allowing us all the time we needed and for the kindness they showed both Mom and Dad.

I cannot say enough good things about the OB/maternity unit at Boston Medical Center! Through COVID the nurses, midwives, ultrasound technicians, receptionists, and doctors have provided compassionate care. They’re accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, and harm reduction focused, which means they’re not pushy and explore different approaches with patients. Dr. York in the rheumatology dept is always understanding and attentive to his patients. I have been his patient for 6 years now and I am always satisfied with the care!! Dr. Zhou in the Neurology dept is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She is easy to get a hold of and listens to her patients!!
