I appreciate how accommodating staff are in making appointments available when patients request them to assure that procedures that have been completed are healing as anticipated. I also value the dental care delivery and the care demonstrated to assure patients the most satisfactory outcomes.
I had bad experience with prior dentist and am glad to be new patient at Southdale. Laura was exceptional. Friendly, straight shooter, and really makes you feel like a partner in your care plan. Funny how she knew I was a morning cleaner and not a big sweat eater. I need to pay more attention to my brushing, cleaning. Lots of good advice. Dr Healy is great too. Very professional but easy going.
My teeth cleaning experience was just fine as usual.
Dr. Bettes is the best! He explains what he is doing when having a procedure and is very exacting when doing dental work. No fear factor here.

Makes like going to the dentist very relaxing ---You are really treated very well---They could use some new jokes--HA HA
They are always efficient,professional and pleasant. And best of all, they get me in and out in 1 hour for a hygiene appointment!
