I am so impressed this clinic. They follow up emails and notifications regarding appointments and the apps are easy to use. Everyone is friendly and very helpful! Shelly in the Finance department is especially helpful and goes the extra mile to answer questions. She even called the insurance company for me regarding an issue. Deb, our dental hygienist, is so through, informative and so delightful.

I was concerned about my use of blood thinning medication and how it might effect my cleanings and future procedures. Not a problem; my MD communicated with the southdale office and all my concerns were addressed.

Southdale Dental has always been respectful, friendly, efficient and , best of all, caring. Throughout the years I've met many of the staff, and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Telander is my dentist.
