My cleaning appointment started right on time and ended right on time just as usual. Staff is friendly, courteous and concerned for my comfort. This is the best dental office I've been to in my 61 years!
I've been going to Southdale since I was a little kid and it's still as amazing as ever.
Jessica met me on time and with a friendly smile. Her professional approach and thorough, yet gentle cleaning were great. I was impressed with how carefully she cleaned the X-ray attachments and cables.
My regular hygienist Karen who I've seen for many years was on vacation so I was a little worried about a sub; but Sara did an excellent job. BTW I love the new email and texting process for confirming appointments. Its so much better than the old phone process.
