Several years ago I decided to forgo routine dental X-rays after realizing that I was getting a lot of radiation exposure to my head for another health problem and reading about the added risk of dental x-rays (see http://articles.washingtonpost.com/2012-09-10/national/35497544_1_dental-x-rays-bitewings-full-mouth). The most professional dental experience you can have. Dr. Mehta and his staff are 5 stars
Although my diagnosis was not positive, Dr. Mehta and his assistant Laura gave me great service and immediate referral to a competent specialist. My timing issues were considered fully, and my treatment is on-track.
With receding gums and sensitive teeth, I always dread going to the dentist for a cleaning. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was the most gentle one I have ever had.
