This doctors office is the worst when it comes to scheduling and cancelling appointments and billing. I have updated my address with this company on numerous occations, I am a patient for crying out loud. However, I never get a bill. Rather than picking up the phone to call you about a balance, they just let it go and go until they turn it over to collections. Office staff and opthamology tech were wonderful Dr. Berdy was abrupt and condescending and never greeted me, he just stated I’m not giving you the test, I only give that test with other tests after you are placed on the medicine for several weeks. I told him that I had already had the test and was not going to be put on the medicine. He did not give me any info about what he had found and said he would send a letter to my primary and consulting doctor with the results (not the nurse practitioner that I had actually seen )”I... read more
I saw Dr. Royer earlier this week for Dry eyes. At the end I almost got a feeling like I was watching some commercial in a movie theater or Netflix. He was like: Buy Fish oil tablets from this pharmacy( not disclosing the name here). They are the best, everywhere else in the world they are crap. Buy eye drops from our front office. Scan this QR code and they will send you some wipes. Somebody will be calling you regarding your prescription. Long Wait, But Excellent Care and Kindness The wait was long and, honestly, pretty boring—especially for a 10-year-old. Even adults can find the process of getting the eye examined slow and tedious. We've been through this many times before, so we came prepared with ways to stay busy until we eventually had to turn to electronics.
