I would like to give a big shout out to Dr. Mardones. She saw my husband last week immediately after he was discharged from the hospital for double vision. She spent a lot of time with him and accurately diagnosed his condition. She obtained hospital records for us and recommended that we see a neuro opthamologist which we did. She made the whole process so much easier and less frightening and went over and above to help us. Thank you Dr Mardones
Dr. Mardones and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. I felt very comfortable during my exam, and everything was clearly explained. Highly recommend this office!
I saw the new doctor, Dr.Mardones and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything extremely well and I could understand everything she was saying about my eyes. I felt very comfortable with her. The staff was also really kind and funny. Would definitely come again.
I have been using Opthalmic Physicians of Monmouth County and have seen different doctors since 2012. Appointments are never rushed. I have also been using their contact lens department. I am most pleased with the service I have been receiving from Carol. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and never rushes an appointment. Carol confims the order via a phone call and informs me when my order is ready. The office is lucky to have such a loyal and efficient employee. Without hesitation Carol deserves 5 stars too!
