It is absolutely ridiculous how long you are expected to wait before being seen by doctor. My mothers appointment was at 11am. Now at 1pm still waiting to be seen. This is her follow-up appointment to last week when we waited FOUR HOURS. Eye care is very important, however because of the OUTRAGEOUS wait time - we missed her Cardiologist appointment.
