Late in the afternoon Christmas week I had a retinal detachment. I was seen right away.Dr. Feldman stayed late to perform the surgery.I have since had a couple more and again they saw me right away. Dr Feldman and his team are very professional and did a great job. Dr.Feldman is a kind and very friendly doctor. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions Thanks again to him and all his staff!!
I have never been to any doctor's office where they are run like "a fine oiled machine!!" I recently had both eyes surgically repaired and the staff and care were exceptional ! Dr. A. Zieker and the entire staff were top notch. Thank you for handling my precious site with such extreme care. ❤ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff is friendly and welcoming. Excellent regular eye care. When I experienced several serious eye problems, one of their Ophthalmologist saw me immediately. They arranged for me to see my Primary Doctor and Cardiologist following my appointment with them. They also scheduled an appointment with the retina Ophthalmologist, Dr. Robert Feldman, in their practice. Dr. Feldman is a very thorough caring doctor. His care helped my eyesight to return when the other doctors I had seen told me I would not regain my sight.
Failed to schedule appointment as made one week previous. Front desk staff rude, clueless and unaccommodating. Tried to coerce me into putting my appointment through under false pretense with the insurance company and then charge me an additional co-pay. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
As a nationally published author and grant writer, Dr. David Rabady has saved my career. I have macular degeneration that hemorrhaged. I was in Dr. Rabady's office the next morning and scheduled for surgery immediately. It has been three weeks since my operation and my vision, which was over 20/200 is now 20/40 and 98% of the blood blocking my retina is gone. First of all, the people who work in this office from the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctors are all friendly and cheerful and helpful and patient and kind. Second, the quality of care that I receive is the best. I have been coming here for years and I do believe it is the care of the doctors that keeps me seeing as well as I do. Recently, I have noticed that the length of time spent in the office seems to be a little shorter which is a nice benefit. I think I am getting the best and am planning on staying on... read more
