Do NOT go to the Schenectady location! Opthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region on Franklin Street in Schenectady is RIDICULOUS. I arrived here with my 90-year old grandfather at 10:30am for his 10:40am appt. They took him back around 11 then when he was done talking to the tech at 11:30am, said he had to go back out to the waiting room. When we asked how long it would take to see the doctor they said one HOUR. Grandpa has Alzheimer's and prostate problems.
