If I could give them a negative rating I would. My grandfather is an 83 year old dependant upon oxygen, whose legs fall asleep after sitting for long periods of time. This is our third visit in as many weeks, and never has the wait to see the doctor been less than one hour. Today's appointment was an hour and twenty three minute wait, past his appointment time to see the doctor. This is poor appointment management skills on behalf of this office and horrible patient service.
