RecommendedAlthough waits are long because of the thorough procedures, staff is always helpful and pleasant. It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Zeicker. After cataract surgery, I can see better than ever before. Thanks to all.
Had a great experience with the Albany location staff was friendly, exam (even though very long) seemed thourogh. I cant say the same with the Schenectady location. Staff was very rude! Theres no consistency between locations it seems.
At my Dr. appointment today, I wasn’t allowed to use the Kindle app on my cell phone after using the hand sanitizer because I could contaminate the office from the germs on my phone... even if I used the sanitizer on my phone. Yet, they had absolutely no problem with a woman who was going through her large bag in the waiting room. I was approached by a “nurse” that wasn’t wearing a mask, (neither was the receptionist), to explain This “no cellphone” rule only began yesterday. The doctors are good however there are issues with staff. Had a appointment today at nine when I got there I was told my appointment had been changed until August 17th like I was supposed to know that. Sorry I’m but psychic.

Especially, Doctor Feldman because he has a good sense of humor, that makes me feel comfortable every time I get a treatment. Also, I like that he speaks in Spanish to me because he makes the environment very comfortable.

RecommendedDr Feldman is my Hero. He preformed a Vitrectomy on a bad hemmerage bleed. On the 2nd day of reopening the Eye Surgery Center due to the Covid virus he fixed my eye. I just want to mention, while I was on his operating table I was listening to everything. going on,, Dr Feldman was totally professional and also so courteous to his Team .
