IM A TENANT AND PAID MY RENT UP TO SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE. AND THEY NEVER CAME OUT TO FIX ANYTHING. AC WASNT WORKING ALL SPRING AND SUMMER AND NOW THEY WANTS TO COME FIX IT IN SEPTEMBER. DUE TO ME HOLDING THEY RENT FROM THEM. THEY DONT KEEP PROPERTY UP TO STANDARDS AT ALL.... THEY THINK POOR PEOPLE BENEATH THEM... ALL THEY WANTS IS OUR MONEY...FACT..100.
O stars no professionals in sight I don't move because I fix my problems but they won't answer calls they won't repair anything unless you call inspectors on them also they will take advantage of the poor that what they do
DO RENT FROM THEM. FOR OVER SIX MONTHS ELEVATOR DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY. THECTEFUSE TO FIX. FOR THIRD TIME IN TWO YEARS WATER ABOUT TO BE SHUT OFF. MANY, MANY OTHER VIOLATIONS IN BUILDING AND APARTMENTS.

I have a emergency at my house they don't really care about you I finish to pay them and March they toll me I have a balance for them I call and text them I have a issue at my house for two weeks now they're never show up to coming and see what happened today I call them to find out about my house payment the lady told me oh you have a balance and close the phone on me I need help I need to know wich person I have to call
Left me without heat for 5months they dont call when you make a work order and I been here 2 years paying 1800 a month and they still dont care do not rent from them
