So our 2019 Chevy Silverado was purchased new, full warranty. Service 4 wheel drive came on not far after purchasing- then we took it to Opequon- they ‘fixed it’, 15 minutes later, same warning, ‘service 4 wheel’, took it back. Opequon’fixed it again’, same day... now the truck is out of warranty, just over 50k miles- ‘service 4 wheel’ sensor again. I am so pleased with the Service Dept and Gregg was very professional and assisted right away even though we did not have an appointment. Customer 1st oriented and alway pleasant. Anyone I have dealt with is always professional and eager to assist. Kudos for great customer service 👍 Thank you

I had a minor initial quality issue with the interior of my new Canyon Altitude. The staff quickly and easily assessed and then endeavored to follow a seemingly complex process to make my repair. They did this with speed and courtesy and I am happy that I have them as my dealership. This service was consistent to the constant contact from my sales person to the simplicity of the service experience....Thank you.

My vehicle was there for 2 weeks I was informed it was inside with a engine cradle on it. After finding it out on the back lot not being worked on, I was told by the service manager and general manager that I didn't buy there and needed to have towed elsewhere. I was informed I was not a GM customer there. FYI this is in the shop for warranty repairs.
