Called the dealer wanted to order a part, but they put me on hold for 20 minutes, when someone finally answered the phone after asking me who am I holding for twice, the lady just hung up on me 🤣 how did you even get all those 5 stars with this kind of attitude from your staff
Had my Mazda serviced here. Natasha and Tarik (service manager) were incredibly professional. The whole experience felt nice - the way it should. I'll be coming neck here even though there's another Mazda dealership closer.
