I have purchased 3 vehicles from Don *********************** and I have been extremely pleased with the service. They get you in and out in no time and follow up with you to make sure all is good. I will always do business with them. The employees are so friendly and helpful. ******* was my service representee, and she kept me informed from the beginning until I picked up my car. Great place to do business!
My daughter bought a car in November 2024, and in this 11 months of her having the car, 3 of those 11 months, the car has been in the shop and it's in the shop now.
First, I wouldn't buy a Honda, but if you really want one, go to a different dealership to get maintenance work done. The people in maintenance do not have you car in their best interest.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM MAINTENANCE PLAN!! I bought a BRAND NEW car in May and took it in for my first maintenance (which was told everything would be covered for the first 2 visits even without the maintenance package). I explicitly wrote on my request I only wanted what was included in my package or my first 2 visits. My car has 9000 miles and they charged me $177. Wonderful team at Honda; from concierge to service tech to mechanics. Two local auto shops were not able to fix the problem. THEY suggested taking it to *** ***** Honda. I did. Problem fixed! Awesome and efficient experience.
DO NOT trust this company. I put my 2024 Bronco Raptor on car gurus to sale. I received several offers and chose to take the one from Arrowhead Honda. I called and set up an oppointment to bring the vehicle down so they could verify everything I was representing was accurate. upon arriving they immediately changed their offer without even looking at the vehicle. The offer said it was good for 7 days! This is nothing less than a bait and switch! I'm also filling a complaint with *** on there license.
Took my car in for service and when I picked it up it was $500 over the given estimate. I was overcharged for an oil change and they replaced an engine air filter ($49) & a cabin air filter ($99) without asking me 1st and getting my consent. The night before I took the car in, I replaced the engine air filter with a brand new filter. The service tech apparently threw away the brand new filter and replaced it with one of theirs and charged me $49.
