My entire family has been getting our cars from Bay Ridge Honda for 3 generations. My Grandfather, my parents, and I get our cars there. And we get service there too. We love them! Never a problem with anything at all. They treat you like you are part of their family. Great place, great people.

This was our 2nd time heading to Bay Ridge Honda. Searching for the right vehicle can be burdensome. Unfortunately the 1st time we couldn't find the right vehicle for our family within our budget. I purchased a 2015 ram 3500 and when you first look at it you would think it's a great shape....... but it's not! They sold me a "deleted diesel" and the extended warranty that was void from the very beginning. The fuel filters needed changed that I didn't notice ($300) brakes started making noises week after purchase needed changed ($350) my phone will not properly connect to the truck god knows how much that's going to be to fix. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER. Was shopping for a honda accord coupe. I drove 1.5 hrs to come test drive and maybe purchase the vehicle.We come to talk numbers and had deal to remove the Wilde Pro Pack. An additional add on that we did not. Extremely Disappointed with Service and Warranty We purchased a vehicle from Bisbee Honda of Danville, and a warranty was included in the purchase price that specifically covered the motor and transmission for repairs. We expected that to give us peace of mind, but it’s been nothing but problems since. Shortly after buying the vehicle, we discovered an oil leak coming from the oil pan. Went in for an oil change and was given a $3500.00 quote on things that didn't pass. Fixed one thing and then got second and third opinions on the rest, and nothing was found. We used to take our cars here all the time, but now they are just scamming. Will not return.
