My wife and I just bought our Trike on Saturday, March, 17th. They took the time to walk us theougj the and that took a while because they were very thorough. As we were waiting for Bard to finish with a customer, they even offered to buy us something to eat while we waited. I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere to buy a bike. This Harley dealer is the best!!!!!!
I don't like the new owners. I was a 20 plus customer of that desler ship. And for them to just come in and everyone's 10% off was wrong. I would rather travel to Appleton HD, West Bend HD, Michlers HD or Suburban HD to get part or buy a bike from them first. The over flow of staff at that place is unbelievable.
This is my second home. The best people and the best place.
I had an awesome experience! Over the period of a few weeks I came in multiple times looking at bikes trying to figure out what I wanted.I worked with Corey and Brad and they both treated me as though I was family.Never received any pressure at all during my time coming in! I recommend Open Road to everyone! Awesome team Awesome experiences my brother just also bought a bike from them and he received the exact same treatment as I did! My brother and i will be doing business with them from now on!
