Congrats to Britt, Aaron, Brad, JB, Fritz and Amanda for the fantastic job helping me getting my first Street Glide Special today. I was all over the place, but Britt helped me to narrow down my choices and pick the right bike for me. She went above and beyond to make sure all the boxes were checked and I ended up with the perfect bike! We went tonight... what a PHENOMENAL experience! Everyone was so knowledgable and couldnt feel more comfortable there! Everyone made you feel like family. Loved the "stations" for them to explain all aspects of every area! You all made the buying experience just excellent. These folks are the best!!! My charging system when down in the middle of my 27 day road trip. The needed part was on National backorder for two weeks and I was looking at the bitter end to a great road trip. Pops and the other service manager huddled and came up with a plan to get me back on the road. They pulled the part (a stator) from a demo bike and put it into mine. I’m back up and running!! The brotherhood is alive and well!! I cannot thank them enough, you all rock!!
