I think Craig and crew are knowledgeable and patient. Does not try to upsell you and gets to know you for your wants/needs. I will be a customer for life and let the service my carbon bike anytime.

Took my homemade recumbent by there just to get some simple adjustments made to the brakes and rear derailer. Nothing major, but figured they could handle it with no problem because they do that stuff all the time. They kept it for about 4 days and then call me to come pick it up because they "didn't feel good about working on it". Very disappointed.
Highly recommend. Other than actually knowing how to ride a bike, my biking knowledge and overall biking confidence was very little. Craig and the rest of the crew are very knowledgeable and very confidence building. No pressure sales and courteous attitudes. It's obvious that the crew at Open Road find biking as a passion, and are not just there to sell merchandise. They have a long-term customer with me, and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone interested in any level of biking.
