RecommendedI just purchased a Specialized Diverge Pro bike from Craig about two weeks ago. I did my first significant ride (70+ miles), and it is a fantastic bike. Many thanks to Craig on getting and assembling the bike so perfectly for me. I had some specific needs/goals for the bike (i.e., to be used as a future long-distance touring bike), and Craig made sure this bike and the respective components were what I needed.

RecommendedJust got my road bike out of "mothballs" and getting back into the sport after a considerable amount of time off the bike . Craig and Mike were extremely helpful the other day when I brought in my road bike after messing up the adjustment on the shifting. I also went out on a shop ride and Craig was extremely patient and helpful. I am so glad this business is in my area. If you need a new bike, service etc. you will be very pleased with the level of quality and professionalism at Open Road!
RecommendedWalked in on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend figuring I would just drop off the rear wheel assembly off my son's bicycle. The staff immediately went to work on this wheel which I was certain that it was ruined. They were able to rebuild it in no time and replaced the tire. The price for this was more than fair but the true victory was the staff. 2 guys just passionate about what they do. Not only have you earned my business, I will send everyone I know to this place.
