I am sending a huge THANK YOU to open road bicycles in oakleaf, specifically Michael. I brought in my Grandfathers bike which held more sentimental value than this post will allow for me to explain. Michael often referred to the bike as “Grandpas Bike” and cleaned it up to riding condition. Thank you again, the personal consideration and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
I am REALLY new to cycling. Craig was amazing in helping me with shoes and pedals. He took tons of time making sure I could safely use them as well as providing education about the bike. With the time he spent with me, you would think he was making the commission off of selling me a house or a car, not a pair of shoes and pedals. The customer service was beyond amazing. I'm looking forward to going back to get a bike!
I've always had a great experience here. I've recommended it to several others and they have also been treated very well.
