Started off great. Viewing agent was good. When it came time to make an offer, it turned into a nightmare. Now I'm scrambling to find a traditional agent before I lose out. Potential to save some cash though,if you know what you are doing.
Hi- We closed on this house in June 2018 but we never found complete resolution until 4/19/2019 (10 months after). I am not a first time buyer and wanted to take a chance with Open Listing as the incentive to get a refund is attractive (traditional Agents see this is being offered by companies like yours and they are now open to adjusting their commission).
