We are first-time homebuyers who attended a workshop with Open House back in February. After getting things together, we reached out to them in August and closed on our home in September. We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Carey who has provided such amazing help and guidance along the way! Buying a home can be a daunting step to take but we were at ease and excited the whole way through, and that's 100% due to the support we received from Jenn and Open House. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Open House is run by one of the most unprofessional agents I have worked with in decades in real estate in Steph Douglass. She went on vacation for the majority of the closing period, which caused huge problems with our appraisal appeal and re-appraisal, which I had to run on my side by myself.
