This is one of the worst property companies in Chattanooga to rent from. The over charge you for the place they rent to you. They also won't fix anything. We have lived there almost a year. Our roof in our bedroom has always leaked into our floor. When it rains bad. The worse it gets. They plumming is messed up. Since we moved in. Every time we wash our clothes or take a shower it does not drain so it floods the floors. We have 2 garages that we can't use be they cut the power to it. But tell you that there is power.
