We have used ODCS for years, would never use anyone else. We moved our business out of state and Robert still helps any time we need him. We just purchased a new computer and he had it up and running quickly. Can not recommend him enough!!
I just left Open Doors Computers and Robert was great to work with! Even though my laptop was a lost cause, Robert ran the diagnostics to figure out if anything could be done for it. When he found the cause of it's death and told me there was nothing to be done, he didn't even charge me and said if he can't fix it he doesn't charge. I couldn't believe it! Open Doors Computer LLC is the only place I will have work on my computer. Robert has been there every time I’ve needed his assistance even New Years Eve. I consulted multiple computer repair businesses in Lincoln, when the power button became damaged on my mom's laptop. Robert came through with the lowest price for the repair (parts and labor). My mom said he was incredibly polite and friendly. He also didn't try to offer my her any unnecessary services or sell any additional parts or accessories, which was great. I would definitely recommend Robert for any computer repair needs.
Robert who is the owner is a very personable human being and easy to work with. I have worked with many computer people and have experienced a pattern with impatience, but you won't find this in Robert. He treat people like family and with respect.
