Thank you for being there even in the midst of a global pandemic! We have never needed a “sick visit” until yesterday, and you took EXCELLENT care of my baby. Thank you for the measures you’re taking to keep the humans well and get the fur babies better!
My baby Nala was having a very difficult labor. Within seconds of me calling them they were ready to help and I was on my way. I'm ever so thankful for the amazing care and support they gave to Nala and showed to me. I can never repay them for saving my baby and her puppies.
Open Door staff have been such a warm group during a really hard time in my life. Everyone there has shown such heart and has made me feel like they just truly care about the fur family and would do whatever they could for us. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
They are great and they don’t charge a fortune
I brought my cat Chloe there today. She's a pretty sick kitty right now. They were WONDERFUL with her and kept me updated on pricing the whole way through. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this vet office
I will NEVER recommend this place for any pet's veterinary care. They promised me my cats ashes back after we unexpectedly had to put him to sleep. They then DISPOSED of his ashes and told me that they never promised me to give me his ashes back. Absolutely disgusting. I am in absolute shock of the complete disregard for our wishes and disrespect of my bevolved Hunter. I will no longer get the closure I was hoping for, now knowing he was just thrown out like he was nothing. I will never forgive them for this.
They were able to see my sick kitty last minute on Christmas Eve! We got her the medicine she needed to feel better quickly over the holidays. The staff if always very friendly and the facility is clean. Prices are super affordable too! They even called a few days after our visit to see how my cat was doing.
