While it was a hectic first visit, I hope future visits will be more sedentary. I like to apologize as my three pups have had the same vet since being puppies before we moved. This was the first new vet and they were very unsure of themselves. But Dr. Bayer did great with them. Thank you!
When my sweet kitty smashed his face into a fence after the garbage truck scared him (he’s okay!), Open Door was able to schedule us right away for a full check-up. Dr. Thomas gave us a thorough exam, eased my son’s fears about the little cut on Coco’s face, and answered all my other questions not related to the accident. The whole exam, including medication and one month of flea/tick/heart worm/parasite treatment, was under $100. SO HAPPY WITH OUR FIRST VET VISIT! I had to book in my puppy Martha in for an emergency visit today, they were so helpful, caring, consecrate, patient and the list goes on. I will continue to use open door for the rest of Martha’s future treatments because of every single person who works there from the lovely ladies behind reception, the vet techs and the vets.
