Be careful my friends I almost got scammed by a person trying to rent me an Open Door house for sale open door does not rent houses they sell them. So you get somebody asking you to send them money to rent their locations play no don't give them any info over the phone I'm sure the open door people are really nice but be careful the scam that is happening by the other bad guys
An amazing company that's really helping me out. My buyers agent, Oscar Ramirez, is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I'm very pleased with Open Door.
Had the worst experience working with Opendoor. We were delayed on closing almost 2 weeks because of the lack of communication and efforts from the listing side. The buyers had to pay to extend their rate lock and also pay daily interest because the escrow company failed to send the file out for recording. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences ever. Hopefully they learn to work harder on their customer service & communication skills moving forward.
