Worst visit I’ve ever had, unpleasant experience unprofessional. Clothing attire of the staff was old,worn threads hanging loose and torn, Doc seemed like he self medicated and seems disoriented. Would not recommend going there.
I have been getting help here when other doctors would not listen to me. Dr. Ponce and Dr. Olsen take the time to discuss my symptoms and treatment plan and offer valuable advice. The only negative about Open Care is it is very difficult to schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. I assume they are short-staffed. I used to be able to schedule an appointment online but that service no longer available. It's unfortunate they don't take my insurance, however it has been worth it to me to pay out of pocket.
I don't know how this place has 4.6 Stars, they must have been giving away discounts or something. Their whole staff walked out on them, therefore nobody answers the phone. Good luck trying to get an appointment! And the one male doctor there spends about a half an hour with each patient, and they're not talking about the reason that they're there.. geez by all means go somewhere else otherwise plan on spending over an hour in the waiting in the waiting room!!! I'm done with this place well I will never come back ever!!!!
