Anya the PCA supervisor made the Process go smoothly and she was very great at explaining everything and was very nice I would recommend her to anybody.
So disappointed but not surprised. I was a caregiver here and I'm no longer here. Want to know why? Well, they lied on me and another caregiver as well as the client. Claiming the home was so filthy and bug everywhere. That the client had open wound and they gave us multiple warnings and resources. They even claimed all kids the home were unkepted. I am a current employee of the company. If you work as a caregiver or HHA then you know that the app HHA exchange+ don't always work correctly. I have taken screenshots to prove my attempts at clocking in/out. After providing them with proof they still decided to remove my bonus (I really dont care about that). What blew my mind was that they took away my direct deposit as a result of the apps malfunction. I have fallen behind on bills and a they refuse to reinstate it.
