Thewaitress was rude when we asked about things on the menu....we had just moved to Austin, and it was our first visit, no we haven't been back since
First, Our waiter took forever to get our drinks. Then we asked for a refill on chips and he never brought them. When he finally came back we asked for the check. After waiting 20 min for the check, I got up and left. My husband stayed and paid, but was very irritated with the service re received.
The Bandera burger and fried pickles are awesome! Love that I can bring my mutt to come eat with me too.
RecommendedI went there today with my cousin and one of my dogs and the waitress was amazing! She brought out a bowl of water for Sadie, my dog, as soon as we got there. They have a dog menu which I've never seen before! I will definitely be back! Not only was the service amazing, but the food was delicious as well!
Went for my bday last night.. 1st time there.. Very disappointed. Beer/Cocktails were very good.. Great patio..Food was ok... But service was horrible and it wasnt very busy for the waiter to be that bad. Im a server myself so i get when you're having an off day but you dont show the customer.. Thats your $$$.. JS... If i ever go back it will be for the drinks and atmosphere.
My favorite place to eat in Austin..excellent service and have the outside seating when the weather allows it.
