The first thing I like about this place is I don't smell the strong acrylic smell like in other salons. I feel headache every time I smell that, so thank you OP Nails for whatever you do to eliminate that smell. I have a good experience getting my nails done here. Everybody was friendly and the technicians did their job carefully and slowly, no rush at all. Their tools looked very clean that made me feel more confident. The price is good and reasonable.
Not the best mani/pedi I've had. Wouldn't recommend it...
My Nails Look So Good – OP nails is my favor for a new nail place. After reading the review and decided to give it a try anyway because it is close to my house and office. I had a great experience! The customer service was awesome, the place was clean, and I was so relaxed on the spa pedicure chair. I also have an artistic eyebrow wax and it looks great!
Great service, Nail Polish lasts longer, Comfy I cannot say enough about this place! It is so clean and comfortable, and the staff is very polite and welcoming. Quite frankly, the quality of their work is unsurpassed. If something is not right, they'll redo it, and not because you asked them to, but because that's just the way they do business. O.P. Nails under new Ownership! O.P. Nails is now under new ownership. Lynne Lien, who is also part owner, with her sisters, of Nails 3 in Matthews has purchased this salon. Anyone that knows Lynne knows what a fantastic job she does with acrylics, gels, etc. She is a professional and a perfectionist and I love her work! She has already put her "touch" on O.P. and is transforming it into a beautiful, relaxing and soothing setting for manicures, pedicures and facial treatments.
