They took photos of my vehicle. They gave it 100% inspection. They sent me photos of what was wrong with the vehicle etcetera etcetera. Nice clean shop. Nice guys at the front counter. And they take care of your keys. And label them. I give them an a+
I am somewhat familiar with auto maintenance and repair, but what I can say is that OOROO Auto has been one of the best mechanic shops I have been too. These guys are fairly priced and reasonable. Best part is that they explain the issues and solutions. I was out of town for work for 4 months and during that time, both of my vehicles needed some serious repairs. I read the reviews and decided to take my vehicle to see about upping the Freon in my car's cooling system. I was going out of town and didn't have the time to do it myself. I waited in the lobby for the results. My car sat in the parking lot for close to 40 minutes before they came and got it and that happened only because I brought it to light. Half an hour later I get an estimate for $450.00 to evacuate and recharge my cooling system? Why? Can't it just be upped without the extreme process? This was as bad an experience a... read more
First and foremost awesome team, Jon is stellar in his manner and business. Straight to the Point, honest and forthcoming when presented with questions. I love their pictures they send you of issues found or ones checked you come in concern with having transparency before returning. Got my car assessed and fixed same day, great prices very reasonable and way better than dealer pricing.
