I’d give this a higher review because if the work done in the past. This is low because if the inconvenience of dealing with the same issue now for the third time! I brought my truck in to have the ac fixed, which they did, but not even 2 years later the ac goes out! So I bring it in and thankfully it’s covered under the warranty. I had it 3 days and it’s out again!!! We were traveling and had to come home through the Phoenix valley with 108+ temps with no ac!!! These guys are the best of the best. I have a Jeep Cherokee that I had some transmission problems with for over a year. I have had it to at least seven different places and had it rebuilt once and it never got it fixed. I took it to these guys and they did a complete diagnostic of the transmission. They knew exactly what was wrong with it and it only took them a day to fix it and I was very impressed and happy on how much they charge me. I am now a very happy camper. Thank you OOROO Auto.
Rory doesn't practice Honesty. He recommends services for your vehicle, that comes with a three year warranty. But he doesn't comply. He wants to charge you for services he has already done, that are under warranty. They are anything but honest. They only try to make a good impression on you.
They took photos of my vehicle. They gave it 100% inspection. They sent me photos of what was wrong with the vehicle etcetera etcetera. Nice clean shop. Nice guys at the front counter. And they take care of your keys. And label them. I give them an a+
Amazing and honest service. Took my car there for a second opinion and they quoted me thousands less then the first shop and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Will be going here from now on.
