I've found that you learn more about the true character of a businessperson by how he handles himself when things go wrong. Unfortunately, my ipad mini repair went sideways, but I learned that Josh has integrity and is a is a man of great character. He went above an beyond to rectify the situation quickly and professionally, even though the solution cost him more than twice what I paid for the repair. Amazing service. Oops Repair provides not only quick but great service. My screen was completely fixed in a matter of 20 minutes and it looks brand new for a great price...They were the cheapest I could find around town! I even felt completely comfortable leaving my phone there while I went to grab a coffee. They're open til 6 which allows people getting off work at 5 to still make by their shop.
