Great customer service. Have used Oops Repair three or more times and have been greatly satisfied every time!! Highly recommended!
They were super helpful and friendly. I had them replace a broken screen, and they did at a really good price compared to an Apple Store.
These guys are AWESOME! Their customer service was impeccable and they were ready to answer any questions I had. Not only was my screen repaired for a great price but they were unbelievably fast! They repaired my screen in less than an hour and it cost less than $150! Thanks guys! You're great!

This was my first experience getting a cracked screen fixed. The staff was so kind and knowledgable - will definitely use them again in the future!

Dropped my iPhone 6S in water and it was fried! They gave me a loaner phone, got my iPhone 6S working impeccably ... and then charged me 1/10th of what I've paid elsewhere on multiple other occasions. And they did it with beaming smiles and excellent customer service. WOW!! Never going anywhere else - AND never buying that overpriced insurance with these amazing guys right here locally.
