I’ve been a patient for over 2 years now and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Jacobs and her staff. They always listen, take plenty of time during appts to answer questions and make sure you are getting exactly what you want ! The building is clean, beautiful and I always feel pampered ! I would never go anywhere else ! Highly recommend for all of your “Anti-Aging” and wellness needs !!

Ooh La La does not miss a single detail during your visit. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and they make every effort to get you the best product at the best price! I have tried a few spa’s in the area, Ooh La La is by far the best experience.
Dr Jacobs and her staff are caring professionals. I’ve had several procedures at the spa and belong to the loyalty rewards program. I purchase all my SkinMedica and Colorscience from the spa. One of my favorite things about Dr Jacobs is her generosity. I receive my TNS essential serum monthly and so many times through the years , she’s put full size free products in the packages and the Christmas packages she gives out are unbelievable!! I so appreciate her kindness.
The staff is SO sweet and their treatments are awesome. I get the laser genesis done and a hydro facial and my skin looks so much better afterwards. I have recommended this place to a friend from St Louis and she loves it too and even drives out to Edwardsville for treatments. Can’t recommend Ooh La La enough, love them!

I love Ooh La la’s high quality products and services. The Colorscience makeup they carry is one of my favorites. It contains SPF so I know I’m protecting my skin everyday. Dr Jacobs is the best!
