Randy is fantastic—perhaps the only professional working at Uncorked today—and one of few redeeming aspects of our experience (aside from the mimosas). No chicken and waffles (offered pancakes in lieu of [which we accepted]; it was a single pancake with three strips of fried chicken for $12; no attractive plating or overflowing syrup like chicken and waffle plates that were delivered to other tables).
