Wish I could give John 5 stars because my nail shape came out ok, however I didn’t like the end of my experience. I called and asked for acrylic, they didn’t do that, I got gel which is not the biggest problem. I was told on the phone that it would be $50 and when I go to pay they say $70. If I would’ve known that gel and the color I got would be and extra $20 I wouldn’t have done it, I went in for short natural color nails, nothing crazy, and walked out without even getting what I wanted and $70 wasted on some see through n... read more
Great service
I had a very frustrating and frankly terrifying experience at this salon today. I explicitly requested a regular manicure (not gel), and I needed to have my old gel removed first. The female technician who started the process was completely distracted, looking at other people while using the electric drill on my nails. Because she wasn't paying attention, she forcefully jammed the high-speed spinning drill directly into the skin above my nail. It was incredibly painful and a total shock.
