After further review of moving into our house we found out right before 36 inches of snow fell that our furnace had a carbon monoxide leak that Erik didn't test for. We were without a furnace during a snow storm thank God we are still alive. Erik was thorough and gave us a detailed explanation of the inspection. Highly recommended
Unfortunately, once I was able to obtain residency of my condo after closing, I found many things that were broken and missed during the inspection. Washer, dryer and dishwasher not working along with water leaks that damaged the laundry area as well as loading water from the sink into the dishwasher. Shower tiles and soap dish taped together with packaging tape that fell off the wall during a shower revealing mold and spongy wall.
