Excellent!!!
Dr. Levi and the team at Southfield Family Dental are excellent. I have been using them as my dental provider for 20 years and the level of service only continues to increase. They are knowledgeable and have never been pushy to diagnose a cavity or root canal. Honesty is important and this company is very honest.
Everyone in the office were very helpful and very pleasant. I would like to make a special mention for my hygienist. She was very, very pleasant, did her job effectively and efficiently. I am so sorry I forgot to ask her name. I had a 7am appointment on 8/14/2017. She was aware of my need to be in and out by 8:30am and I was. Thanks

I started going to this office in April 2017. The service and staff is great. I am on a fixed income and my insurance coverage is adequate but sometimes the charges are over my fixed budget. This office is very kind with working within my budget. Very clean facility.
No pretenses, just real, smiling, honest and focused professionals in a fully-equipped, organized and well-honed people-centered business. Refreshing! I look forward to a long association with this office. Great first visit!

Everyone was courteous and friendly. My Hygienist this time was Diana and she was great. And, of course, so was Dr. Levi. However, waiting to be checked out took an extraordinary long time. I realize you do have a busy practice, but waiting for at least a half hour yesterday was unexpected, and consequently I was late for another appointment. Although on a positive note, Anne who checked me out, was charming and very helpful, so aside from the long wait to check out, everything else was great.
