Outstanding service. On time, very polite and friendly.
My visi today was handled in a most professional and thorough manner. I was greeted, seated and made welcome. The Dr. and his assistant were both friendly and professional, and considerate during the procedure. I am well pleased.
Sad to learn Dr. Raad is no longer with Southfield Fmly. Dentists. However, I was seen by Dr. Nemo (sp) who was excellent. His assistant was also very nice and so professional. Going to the dentist is never fun, but Dr. Nemo and his assistant made my visit comfortable and relaxed.
Wait time was long before and after appointment. Was supposed to have implant, but only had exam and CT Scan. Had to make additional appointment for implant. Dr. Alsaidi is friendly and thorough.
I was in for my annual teeth cleaning today. The experience was great! I had some concerns and the hygentist listened and took care of them. She also notified the dentist and he came in to give me his explanation of the problem. Will return in four months. I was out in a timely matter!
Great customer service from the front door to the care received to the discharge. Very professional.

This was a good experience..it always is..I have the best dental hygienist ( Jody ) in the world and I have the best Dentist in the world...His name is Dr. Noah Levy DDS..He is a gentle dentist ..I experience no pain when he worked on my teeth and gums..I have been going to him for many years and he has given me the best dental care and saved my teeth from me from having to get "" false teeth.."and I am so grateful to this Dentist and his wonderful staff.
