Every time I come here everyone from the front desk to the hygienist & doctors are friendly. They make X-rays & cleaning a breeze but also thorough. I’ve been coming here since high school & I’m now ending college & still make my appointments all the way back here. The dentist I went to in Ann Arbor wasn’t as friendly.
I had no idea what to expect. What I got was honesty, a thorough evaluation and the ability to have an ease of mind as to a treatment plan I could review, pray about and make a decision at a later date. I knew what I wanted or desired but didn’t realize how much it would cost. They have provisions for that too! Credit Care or DOCpay (up to a year interest free of spreading out payments). You know you're in good hands when you visit Southfield Family Dental Center. The staff is friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. Lisa is the best Hygienist ever. The dental health of her patients is always a priority. Dr. Noah Levi has attracted the best professionals around, so you can feel comfortable with any hygienist or doctor assigned to take care of your dental needs. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.
I had a last minute emergency, the front desk staff were able to fit me in. Cassie the hygienist was just awesome!
I had to go for an emergency procedure, the care and concern that was shown was awesome! The Dentists and Staff are professional, and not only do they want you to feel comfortable, they truly make you feel at eas! Thank you to the Dr. Noah Levy, Dr.Karen, and to the entire Staff! I would highly recommend Southfield Family Dental Center to everyone!
I was seen by Dr. ballani And he is a very nice doctor and he did a great job on my teeth I think I thank him very much and the whole staff was very nice
This was a very good appointment and a good visit...Jody did a great job..she explained everything to me that she was doing..she did my dental hygienist treatment and I could ask any questions and she would answer ..but most of all I have been going here for years for my dental work...all of the staff does good work but Dr Noah Levi has been my main Dentist and he is the greatest..I believe he save me from having to end up with false teeth as I was aging.
