I came to Southfield Family Dental Center for the first time in December of 2017, I found the staff to be warm and friendly, including the doctors. The office is inviting, and the exam rooms are bright with wonderful pictures of children of the doctors. I did refer my husband which had a shared opinion of the facility, I also was able to get the $100.00 refer bonus by referring my husband and him getting more than one service. We love Southfield Family dental center.

Staff was great quick they got me in early and fast
I was comfortable there, but they only gave me a price for my next visit. I want to know how much money all the work done to my teeth is going to cost up front. I have had another consult and was given a price for all the work at the first consult. With you, I have no idea until I start paying money for anything done.
My appointment as a whole was excellent until checkout time. The technician escorted me to the post reception area for one of receptionist to check me out and thirty minutes later I was still waiting for a receptionist. Since I paid upfront and had my next appointment scheduled I really could not understand why I had to stay and not leave directly after my appointment. My front tooth had a crown and it broke. They got me in right away and did a great job on my bridge to save my smile
