Swift expert service. Great communication on status of any repairs.
Steve Bale did a great job jumping in and handling an extremely urgent issue with our email server. He showed complete ownership of the issue, and engaged quickly. I could tell he was working with other team members, and really conveyed the urgency of the matter. I was impressed. On a serious note. . . it was like I called Batman! Great job Steve!
