Jeffrey has been incredibly helpful in my recovery from a lower back injury. I had been rehabbing for almost a year and within a few visits he helped me identify the root cause of my pain and had helped me strengthen my surrendering muscles. He helped regain confidence in my ability to continue to do the workouts I love to do and through needling, manual adjustments, and strength training, I have been able to rejoin my CrossFit gym safely and without flareups, focusing on proper form and technique.
So happy I was introduced to Dr. Jeff and Onward Physical Therapy! My shoulder issue was really limiting my fitness goals. Now I’m pain-free and have some tools to take with me to stay strong & active. Such a warm & pleasant experience. Trust them with your issues, you won’t be sorry!!
