My salesmen Zack Williams was great and Really went out of his way to give me a great deal and he followed up with me to make sure I'm happy. He made buying my first car easy
My fiance does all his own maintenance on his car but we had to bring it in to take care of some recall stuff. When we picked up the car, they tried to tell him there were issues with things he knew were working properly. It was like they just wanted to get him to schedule an appointment to have things fixed that weren't broken to make extra money off him since the recall stuff had to be fixed at no cost to him. The work they did do was done satisfactorily.
Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. We have our cars serviced here and are now happy we were able to find & buy this month the best certified pre owned in the the south land we were looking for. Thank you everyone at Ontario VW.

I've never been to a dealership that didn't take forever and cost too much. Volkswagen may not be cheap, but they'll definitely treat you right!
