The manager was awesome. She was very professional and cared about the tenants as well as the property. Which in fact was well groomed.
I've been living here for about 2 years now and i have no unpleasant experience. It is a quiet neighborhood with good management, and ample parking spaces. Location is a plus too. It's just a couple of minutes away from I10 and the SR60, close to a lot of fast foods, restaurants, and gas stations, and it's right behind a grocery store too
Great apartment ! awesome management and maintenance.
