Worse Dialysis ever.. Nurses will let ur family or Patient die there. They don’t care about there health or if transportation leaves them there & doesn’t pick them up.. The social worker doesn’t let them carry water bottles or small snacks here,, they prohibits patients rights here.. This facility has so many patients die here.. Every dialysis should be investigated..
When mi father got really sick, the staff are very nice to change his time for dialysis. The staff even stay long so they know mi father get home to us. I feel safe that they take care of mi father. The place is clean and they make sure and check that your not sick before the pasients go inside so other pasients do not get sick. They also help us if mi father no siente bien so we come the next day.
Staff, including nursed are not well trained at all, especially on emergency procedures. My sister and others have been sent home with low bp without notifying the families. Some even just made to wait outside for their rides to wash their hands from the responsibility of anyone fainting inside of their facility. Power went out today and they have NO generator to keep power on these important machines and no one knew what to do in such a case.
