This place is total waste , called in nov 20th , they made a file , and said someone will call within a week. No one did , call to inquire some uneducated lady said it takes two weeks, called after 2 weeks! Another waste staff said oh file was created just a week ago, it takes about a month. What a clown this place is. Hope it shuts down.
The nurses are great , there is a gentleman named Julian that has giving me a hard time since day 1 from ordering supplies to nschedualling today I received a call saying that he needed to visit me during the day my care is at night and then threatened me saying he would cancel my services if I did not allow him access to my home i am reporting this issue to my MP this is not right
Terrible service. Surgeon office clearly provided directions to them of what is required to be done but surprisingly Care Support Services missed it.. 3 times!!
This agency is absolutely horrible. In December 2023 I was told by my occupational therapist that she would refer me for at home physiotherapy. I’m 71, I live alone and I am recovering from a TBI so I have ongoing issues with vertigo and vision. I waited for two months and nothing happened. I then tried calling the OT but her voicemail was constantly full and unable to take messages. I then called home care directly and was able to leave a message.
